Recipe Tips:

  • Use fresh lemonade for the best taste: Freshly squeezed lemonade makes the drink taste brighter and more refreshing than bottled lemonade.
  • Don’t over-steep the tea: Steeping for too long can make the tea taste bitter. Stick to 90 seconds for the best flavor.
  • Heat the lemonade gently: If the lemonade gets too hot, it can lose its fresh citrus flavor. Just warm it slightly to blend well with the tea.
  • Dissolve the honey fully: Stir well until the honey is completely mixed in so that every sip is evenly sweet.
  • Try different tea brands if needed: If you don’t have Teavana teas, use a mint green tea and a peach herbal tea for a similar taste.

How To Store & Reheat Leftovers?

  • Refrigerate: First, let the leftover tea cool to room temperature. Then, pour it into an airtight container and store it in the fridge for up to 2 days.
  • Reheat: Pour the tea into a saucepan and heat over low heat for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Do not let it boil, as this can change the taste.
